About the author

As a psychologist, I write about the complexity of characters and their personalities, social inequalities and social ostracism. In particular, however, I focus on the concepts of free will, determinism and indeterminism. These issues will accompany readers throughout the trilogy. They are somehow related to my doctoral dissertation. The group of my characters (I will not reveal who exactly) is to be presented by three psychologists who argued about the existence of free will - B.F. Skinner, E.S. Fromm and C.R. Rogers. How will this polemic end; how events will change the protagonists and their thinking, readers will find out in Lily and the Moon.

For me, writing means building a new reality with which I can enter into polemics with everyday life. It allows me to immerse myself in thinking other than mine. When I create my characters - completely different, with different goals and personalities - I stand on the other side, open to new solutions and possibilities. 

I spent several years building Lily and the Moon universe - most of the time I was collecting information. It took me 3 months to write the entire trilogy.

Lily and the Moon  is a trilogy that combines science-fiction, biopunk and fantasy, as well as psychological or criminal threads, even romance (not male-female relations only). This series exists, in my opinion, to broaden your horizons. Personally, I hope that the topics presented in it will encourage readers to deepen their knowledge about botanics or the human psyche, as well as various otherness.
